I quit this style of training only cause walking and running seem to help you lose weight so much better. So now I walk and run 50 miles a week plus I workout with resistance bands which work very well. You can buy the bands I use from boston scully cap guy on Ebay for less then 20 dollars and they work very well plus its almost a better workout and takes way less time.
i run about 20- 25 miles a week...the other day ran into the hills and got lost and was attacked by some dog...kicked the shit out of his nose and the fvcker went running....i was like what the fvck...first time that shit has happened...all i saw was this dog come from the backyard...had no choice but to kick it...one kick is all it took...but i admit i was like AAAAHHHH AAAHHHHH AAAAAHHHHHH!! LOL!!!

I once had to use an agressive little Yorkshire terrier as a football......... I was running my usual 10km in a park and.the yappy little fuker was chasing me and nipping at my achilles tendon............SHOVE DOESN'T LET ANYONE NIP AT HIS TENDONS
I was so pissed off at the dog and owner combo he prolly believed I meant it................and I did
About a month ago I was riding (my mtn bike) in the hills around here and almost ran into a wild boar - I came up fast behind a wild boar who was on the single track I was riding - I guess he didn't hear me - then he turned around and luckily he ran. Lucky he didn't turn around and attack - he looked to be about 300-400lbs with a nice pair of tusks. I had nothing but my bike for protection.........the adrenalin was flowin'

I like to do about 10 sets, with each one working to complete and total failure and then doing easier push-ups (like the girl ones) until I cannot hold my body up anymore. If you want a strength increase, you really should work to total failure, otherwise the body won't respond by growing and getting stronger. I have to add that all of my push-ups have to be done with a close hand position (hands touching). My bad shoulder kills me the next day if my hands are shoulder width apart.
