"Haye kept running away"

espnstar.com

Vitali Klitschko admits he and David Haye are still "miles apart" from agreeing terms to meet in the ring as their long-running saga shows no sign of ending.

Haye's feud with the dominant Klitschko siblings is ongoing, having lost his WBA heavyweight title ignominiously to IBF/WBO champion Wladimir in Hamburg last July before setting his sights on a shot at WBC champion Vitali.

On Saturday night, Haye's fellow Londoner Dereck Chisora attempts to snatch Vitali's title at Munich's Olympiahalle.

Few give Chisora, 28, much of a chance, but Klitschko has been quick to talk up his challenger's credentials and backed the Zimbabwe-born Briton to at least exceed the efforts that Haye managed last year.

"David Haye didn't want to fight," said the veteran.

"He just kept running away from my brother. He didn't come in to fight.

"I expect a better fight from Dereck Chisora. He's actually a fighter. He wants to go in and fight and to go the distance. He tries to challenge his opponent and I didn't see that in the last fight between David Haye and Wladimir Klitschko.

"Dereck Chisora is more aggressive than David Haye."

Despite officially retiring in October, Haye is ready to fight again if a deal can be done to face Vitali, 40, or secure a rematch with his 35-year-old brother.

"David Haye is so unpredictable and we tried to make a deal and I hope the fight comes through, but right now we are miles apart from agreeing the contract," Vitali Klitschko admitted.

"Right now I don't want to talk about it. I am focused totally on the Chisora fight and I hope that after Dereck Chisora, David Haye changes his mind and I can give a chance to David Haye to fight for a world title."

Klitschko has made no secret of his desire to go one better than his brother by knocking Haye out, such is the dislike they hold for the Englishman, and hopes that ambition can still be realised.

"I keep saying to David Haye: 'Please fight me'," he said.

"I say: 'Please fight for the world title; it's the most prestigious title in the world'.

"If he doesn't want to do that, it's okay. David Haye always tries to find excuses why fights do not happen. I hope David Haye one day makes a decision to fight me.

"Right now, I'm totally focused on the Dereck Chisora fight."

While outspoken Briton Chisora (15-2, 9KOs) is happy to boldly predict an eighth-round knockout, Vitali (43-2, 40KOs) remains eager to maintain diplomacy.

The part-time politician does expect an entertaining night for fans, however.

"This is sport. I can honestly say no-one in the world knows in advance what will happen, especially in boxing where everything can change with one shot," he said.

"Chisora can hit, and I do too. So I don't see it going 12 rounds.

"We can't say now who will win, but I'll do my best to prove that it's no coincidence that I hold the same title that many years ago was held by Muhammad Ali.

"I'm proud of that, and I'll give everything to make sure I do not let my title go to Chisora.

"I'll do everything to win but not just win, win impressively."

VITALI says; '"This is sport. I can honestly say no-one in the world knows in advance what will happen, especially in boxing where everything can change with one shot," he said. He even mentions Ali, the man who did make bold predictions, and made them reality; '"...I'll do my best to prove that it's no coincidence that I hold the same title that many years ago was held by Muhammad Ali."'

His boring statement keeps rolling along, very, very slowly,... "I'm proud of that, and I'll give everything to make sure I do not let my title go to Chisora.

Vitali keeps rolling on,... oh so very slowly,... "I'll do everything to win but not just win, win impressively."'

From both you and your brother's boring styles to the taking of your self-centered selves so ridiculously seriously,... I have never bothered to watch either of you boring brothers fights, except as I happen to glance toward the TV screen while at a friends or such,...

Yo, Vitali, I know of a light-weight who could beat you and your brother. Only thing is, this sport of boxing only allows you to fight small men about 100 pounds lighter and 50% lighter than you and your brother.

I hope I'm not the only man of this opinion; I don't give a flying booger what you or your over-grown, boring brother can do to the relatively-midgets of the ring. I can't even begin to imagine what kind of sadistic sociopath even enjoys watching over-grown things like you two beat up, carefully and safely, on smaller men, and now, even want to take turns beating on the same smaller man in HAYE.

Maybe you and your brother would like to fight me even more; I'm another 40% smaller than HAYE. And, I'd fight you both in 1 night. If only they'd let me.

You both have my vote; as the most boring things to happen to boxing's most decorated division! Sure you may go on beating up on smaller guys forever.
So? What do you want? A Medal?
Ah, you already got them all.
What else do you want?
We all know you can each beat up on smaller guys most of the time. Now, please, can you get your boring arses out of our sport so we can enjoy some real men fighting men of their own size?

Do we watch middle-weights beat up on straw-weights?
Aren't the lower weight divisions divided by as little as 4-pounds?
You and your brother outweigh most of your opponents by 50 pounds!!!
And as if that weren't enough, you even salivate beating on little men from cruiser weight division!
Such as HAYE whom you could not knock out, even after all the insults he'd thrashed you both with!!

You, a Champion?!?!?!
To me, You are a farse!!!
Both you and your brother!!!

Your brother did not beat HAYE; he couldn't even open up, let alone knock out, let alone TKO, a tiny man who had insulted you both, and tarnished your family name! Me, if I could not knock out a tiny little straw-weight after he'd insulted my family name (as a welter-weight or middle-weight),... I'd give up the sport and tuck my tail in shame, and walk away into the sunset. Forever.

I want to know: What kind of sadistic men can even enjoy watching this shared but the descendants of Hitler and Nazis?
Be as like watching a grown man beating up on a little boy.
Not what boxing is about.
We are all so sick and tired of hearing, reading, or seeing you boring skin-heads.

So to both of you, Fight me, or go away, "please".
To arrange a fight with me (I'd prefer to knock you both out in 1-night), anywhere but in Germany, bring on a contract to:

hawaiiprofile(at)gmail.com

It's very simple: I'll do it for only 2 mil to fight each of you.
