Scott Harrison shocked as Spanish court tells boxer he could face six years in prison for alleged sex club attack
Daily Record UK
THE Scottish boxer was back in Spain for the first time since he was released from a 30-month sentence in 2005 and is adamant he didn't hit anyone.

FORMER boxing champion Scott Harrison looks stunned as he arrives in court with his solicitor to face a Spanish judge – and a possible jail sentence of six years.
Harrison, 35, confidently turned up 15 minutes late with fiancee Stacey Gardner and son Jack, four, to face charges that he attacked customers in a sex club.
After the court hearing, he gave a thumbs up and told the Record: “I can’t go back to prison. I’ve got a world title fight in December.”
It was his first return to Spain since September last year when he completed a 30-month prison sentence for a 2005 assault.
Earlier, brothel owner Paco Gonzalez told the trial in Malaga Harrison punched his front tooth out.
He said the Scot went for him as he tried to defend two Spaniards Harrison and his cousins allegedly assaulted inside the sex club.

The Scots lay in wait outside the club and attacked the pair with their fists, feet, bottles and stones as they left to find an ambulance in May 2007, the court heard.
Mr Gonzalez told three judges: “It looked as if they were enjoying themselves as they kicked and punched their victims. I thought they were going to kill one of them.”
Gonzalez had told police one of Harrison’s cousins attacked him.
But pointing Harrison out, he said: “This man hit me and punched my tooth out.”
Alleged victim Salvador Jimenez, 39, was off work for 77 days with injuries to his knees, wrist and elbow. He told the court Harrison had attacked him. The third alleged victim committed suicide in 2009.
State prosecutors want Harrison jailed for two years for each of the three alleged assaults.
He was arrested along with cousins Edward and David McGill after a bust-up at a brothel called Oxigeno near Malaga.
Harrison, who won a comeback fight on Saturday in Glasgow, is facing trial alone after authorities failed to locate his cousins.
Harrison told the court: “I didn’t see anything happen inside the club, I didn’t hit any of the three Spanish men and I wasn’t kicked out.
“All I tried to do was escape when people I’ve never met before started throwing bottles at us for reasons I didn’t know.”
Harrison has returned to Scotland while judges consider their decision, which is due next month.
