Bradley has gotten the shaft from Top rank

Bradley definitely got a raw deal with Top Rank, signing with them was a mistake. I seem to remember Top Rank also messing up the Peterson brothers years ago. The brothers do not seem to do too well with Arum.

But it's just Arum's fault, Bradley also turned down fights with Peterson, Guerrero and 2 or 3 times with Khan. So it's partly Bradley's fault, trying to go only for the huge money fights. Tim probably could have made more in 2 or 3 good paying fights, than the one fight he had with Pac, and gotten more props for it.

You can beat the man, but that does not always make you the man. Bradley was the man, but in his mind only. Many fans almost dislike him more for after his fight with their hero Pacquiao. Had Tim gone with Golden Boy there would have been plenty of opponents.

This fight with Provonikov is dangerous and risky, because it's against an ESPN2 level opponent that will be hard for Tim to get up for. If Bradley loses, or even if he wins but looks bad, his reputation will really be in the dumps. Plus the money must be sad. All that holding out, only to take a fight like this. His trainer knows it too.
