Kovalev bout up in air after Pascal's no-contest with Bolonti

So, what happens now?

The 10-round light-heavyweight main event between Jean Pascal and Roberto Bolonti on Saturday night at the Bell Centre was ruled a no-contest after Pascal hit Bolonti with what was deemed an unintentional foul at 2:29 of the second round.

Pascal, the former World Boxing Council light-heavyweight champion, hit Bolonti with a short right hook to the head after referee Michael Griffin ordered a break. The Argentinian, who had never been stopped in his career, fell face-first to the canvas as chaos and pandemonium fell over the arena before about 5,000 spectators.

Bolonti eventually was rolled over onto his back but never arose. Within moments, paramedics entered the ring to work on him before he eventually was removed on a stretcher.

Finally, about 10 or 15 minutes later, it was announced the bout had been ruled a no-decision...
