I used to stack San's "Fierce" with a liquid amino acid, two ginseng, and two b-vitamins before a workout. Depending on what I was doing that day, I sometimes would half it up; drinking some before and some during. Other times I'd wait till it was almost time for cardio

Another that I've mentioned was l-arginine, orthinine, ginseng, and *don't laugh* some stuff I found @ Dollar Tree - Jackie chan's green tea mixture which has b vitamins, small amount of caffeine, and green tea. Or you can just remove jackie's stuff, and down that above with a cup of green tea *caffeinated*

But look tho...half of that stuff is filler, and has no bearing on the effectiveness of the main ingredients. Plus you can actually get supps with more milligrams per serving than the supposed name brands.
