I've always felt it was all in the mind. It doesn't see as though sexual activity is more strenuous than going through a workout.

are you talking about right after or even a few hours later? i can't remember what show it was but they did some experiments and concluded it was a myth. they hooked up those little electrode suction cups up to people and everything....so it must be legit

after having sex, for about 30 min. to an hour, the testoterone levels are lower. After that they get back to normal rather quick. I don't think it really affects your fighting skills, I mean dont go having sex right before a fight and expect to be at your max, especially if you like long, intense shagging.
