Oakey one day I train strength train from what I learned from the boxing gym. Regular push ups an curls always reps of 10. Then I do push ups from a chair. Then another rep of 10 of curls. Then I go to the dinning table for another rep of 30 pushups. Then I go to the wall an do a set of 20 of the wall. an another set of 40lbs dumbbells reps of 10. Twice over. The next day I Shadowbox full speed for ten three minute rounds. An do leg exercises as many hindu squats as I can. An at 35 it works very well for me. An if my body feels to stiff I take a day off. Does any other former boxer have good routine to follow at home if so just tell me an I will try to add it to my routine. Thanks god bless

daprofessor thanks I do quite abit of what you wrote anyways but thanks for you imput . I do alot of bodyweight exercises but just not every day. Some days I write down 20 to 25 bodyweight exercises an I check them of as I go. I keep a work out log. I think this helps to see how you improve by your number of exercises an number of reps preformed. but thanks
