j/k, i usually jump rope for 5 minutes, then do some plyometrics, then lift, then cardio..
It's a manly power walk.

Naw, it's more of a going back and forth quickly and jumping around... just the let the heart know that it's about to get a workout.
Since its been summer I've simply been riding my bike for my workout.
Once it becomes colder; I'll start back running again and lifting some weights and other exercises that focus on some muscle building.
