Usually, I'll just power walk for a little bit, jump up a few times, and shake my arms around to simply get the blood flowing.

I really don't stretch before a workout. Some say you should, others say if you stretch too early into your work out, you can hurt your tendons, ligaments, and/or muscles.

What about you?

Yeah, if i don't feel like power walking and jumping up and down a few times...

Crystal meth usually gets the blood flowing as well.

i always stretch, for about 10-15 minutes. especially before running i learned my lesson from not doing it.

i don't stretch, from what i've read it takes away some strength while lifting, don't power walk either but for different reasons gayfight.gif

j/k, i usually jump rope for 5 minutes, then do some plyometrics, then lift, then cardio..

It's a manly power walk. glare.gif Naw, it's more of a going back and forth quickly and jumping around... just the let the heart know that it's about to get a workout.

Since its been summer I've simply been riding my bike for my workout.

Once it becomes colder; I'll start back running again and lifting some weights and other exercises that focus on some muscle building.

BTW, Spike...

once the cigarettes stop getting the blood flowing... work your way up to some cocaine and then finally go to crystal meth. cool.gif

Do 5.

Warm up with a slow jog about 1/2 mile, stretch out and then resume jogging for a least 2 1/2 miles. No matter if the weather is too warm and hot, always dress warm.
