Since high-school I've gained a little bit of weight. Probably about 10-15 pounds and I quit exercising all together until recently. Now I workout almost everyday, cardio weight training etc I'm about 6'2 and 180 pounds and am not as lean as I use to be.

Weight training and running I actually find pretty fun and enjoyable but the real tough part for me is having a proper diet. Sometimes I'll eat healthy, workout, come home and can eat healthy all day but at night, I'll just give in and binge on cookies, chips, ice cream etc

Just wondering how you guys deal with your cravings and how much you change your diet around when trying to loss some weight. I feel fine how I am right now, wouldn't mind slowly cutting some fat though just to trim down a little.

I've been stuck at 180 for a while and I basically eat junk everyday, would eating the same and exercising make an sort of noticeable impact at all? unsure.gif

I was about 175 in college...gained up to 246 and lost about 45 for a weight loss contest. I got back up to 241.
I am 32 years old now and in June started taking spam and working out and exercising like crazy. I was down to 177 in 3 months. Going on a crazy diet for 3 months changed my perspective in general..kinda like a dieting theory of relativity.

Now I eat somewhat healthy but don't worry to much about it...exercise 2-3 days a week and am maintaining easily...but like I said, coming off the crazy diet I feel like i am eating junk when really it is not that bad.

Find a good liquid multi-vitamin and you might not crave the junk as much. Nonetheless, if you are going to eat junk then you are eating it at the wrong time. If you insist, eat it 2-3 hrs before a workout but not at night.

I ) Stopping eating junk (discipline)
II ) Do not eat 2-3 hours before bedtime
IIV ) Take a good liquid multi-vitamin
IV ) Do a full body cleanse
V ) Follow-up the full body cleanse with a daily cleanse/fiber supplement until you have at least two bowel movements per day
VI ) Train in a sauna suit

Good luck!

If you had to choose one, obviously both are important together but which one would do you consider more important to cut weight. Exercise or dieting if you had to choose?

sauna suits are garbage and only lead to dehydration. dehydration does not lead to fat loss.

That is a loaded question. Diet is nothing more than what you eat. You can't loose or gain without a 'diet'.
You also can't exercise effectively to cut weight without an effective diet to match.

If cutting weight is the only concern, diet can do it without exercise.
If cutting weight in good health is your concern then you have to do it with both.

I agree living healthy is a lifestyle and should be a lifetime goal. Moderately though because most of us work and have a busy life so 6 hours a week is a perfect life time goal in my book but thats just me.

If you eat healthy and at the right times and walk a lot you will lose weight. Walking is an excellent form of exercise.

If anything, train in a cammie blouse so one can stay cool as they rehydrate.

And you are all wrong. Everyone knows that a good, healthy and balanced diet has to include lots of pills and shots...

You dont need pills or steriods HGH. Just good healthy foods with lots of protein,Omega3 for brain strength after all it controls the body. Salids fruits natural foods not processed. Your body with good food and proper exercise will go into a anibalic state.
