I alway's here about fighters doing seminars, so I was wondering if anyone has ever been to one and what goes on there?

Also do fighters make a nice bit of spare change from doing these things and how much to do they normally cost?

I have been to a BJJ seminar in hamilton ontario at Joslins Dojo Rick and Jeff are World Champion kickboxers and Rick is the master of the Dojo. It was so much fun, and free!

Back in Sept I went to a seminar taught by Eddie Bravo. He taught Half guard and rubber guard, each session was two hours, so four hours total. One session was $75, or both for $125

It was very informative and helped tremendously to get a true respect for rubber guard. I had seen pics/video of it before but it didn't seem effective at all during training until I actually tried it there.

Well worth the money.

Ive been to several martial arts seminars but never an MMA seminar....

the Applied Wing Chun seminar given by SiFu Duncan Leung was amazing....2 8 hours sessions....

and the BJJ seminar by Maestre Flavio Behring was also great....7 days of intense training....

come Nov SiFu/Guru Joe Musse will be holding a Wing Chun Kali seminar....16 hours total...
